We're seeking experienced commercial appraisers to join our growing team. Ideal candidates hold AACI or CRA designation and have experience valuing diverse commercial property types across Ontario.
Key Qualifications:
- AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) or CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designation
- Minimum 3 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and CUSPAP standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in appraisal software and Microsoft Office

Absolutely. Junior appraisers receive comprehensive on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced AACI professionals, and support for AACI designation pursuit including study materials and exam preparation assistance.
What does the typical work schedule look like?
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We value work-life balance and offer flexible arrangements when appropriate. Field work and site inspections are scheduled during business hours.
